Do you ship to my state?
If you are a non-Kentucky resident, it is your responsibility to check if your state or county laws permit the shipment of alcoholic beverages.

Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and consent to Sweetest Bourbon Whiskey charging your credit card for the total order amount. All items purchased are for personal consumption and not for resale. Sales tax will be charged as required by your state or county, or Kentucky sales tax will apply.

Title to Goods
Due to varying laws regarding the sale and shipment of alcohol, the legal ownership of the goods transfers to you in Kentucky once the products are picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Laws
You are responsible for following all local laws regarding the receipt of alcoholic beverages. You also confirm that you have obtained any necessary permissions and are legally allowed to receive the alcohol. You and the person receiving the alcohol must be at least 21 years old.

By purchasing, you are asking us to arrange delivery via a common carrier. Sweetest Bourbon Whiskey is not responsible for ensuring that the shipment complies with state laws. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws regarding the shipment of alcohol.

Change in Shipping Laws
If state laws change after your order is placed but before it ships, making it illegal to receive alcohol, you may return your order for a full refund, provided you have proof of the law change. Returns must comply with Kentucky law.

Shipment Method, Timing, and Delivery
All products are shipped from Kentucky. Shipping costs are based on the weight, destination, delivery method, and signature requirement (for adults 21+). Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders after 11:00 AM will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday.

Signature Requirement
An adult 21 or older must sign for the delivery. The delivery will not be left without a signature. Report any missing or incorrect items within three (3) business days of delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the product is returned after failed delivery attempts, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damaged Items
While we take care to package orders securely, if any damage occurs, please contact us. In extreme weather conditions, you are responsible for informing us if you would like to postpone or hold your order.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Disclaimer of Warranties
We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate, but errors may exist. We do not warrant the information, and all content is provided “as is.”

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or civil disturbances.

Legality and Validity
If any part of these terms is found invalid, it does not affect the rest of the terms, and we will continue to enforce the remaining terms as much as possible.
